1.1.  All product supplied to any customer remain the property of Mayley Design until paid for in full.

1.2.  All products and services are subject to availability.

1.3   If a product is no longer available, a suitable replacement will be recommended where available.

1.4   Products are subject to price change without prior notice.  Any quotations given will be honored for two weeks from the point of quotation.

2.      Warranty/Guarantee

2.5   The customer will be asked to check the progress of the web page / website at various stages Any changes needed should be notified to Mayley Design as soon as seen to avoid excessive development / redevelopment.

2.6   If the customer is not satisfied with the web page / website, then no fees will be charged, however any development remains the property of Mayley Design.

2.7   Once the web page / website has been paid for, the contents of that website belongs to the customer.
